He’s a good coach when there is no expectation. All Brighton were expected to do every season under him was not get relegated. Still not easy but that was his comfort zone. Like he said, when he took a step up to the next level where you are expected to win trophies and compete for the league he absolutely crumbled. I think he’ll do well at clubs like Everton and Wolves but he’s not a big 6 manager

For us it took Grabham a couple of seasons to get us up to scratch and then we finished ninth in the league and were flying high before he left. Fantastic guy, very smart, and hopefully he gets the time to build a team elsewhere. He just didn't have the time to bed in at Chelsea, and considering the other factors too, it was always doomed to fail.

He made some mistakes as Chelsea manager and ultimately it was right to get rid of him but by no means was he the biggest problem at the time. The owners bought too many player at one time, like he said also that key players left in the summer which was replaced rather badly and injuries really didn’t help. Honestly the other huge issue which frank Lampard alluded to interviews about he’s interim spell that a decent number players really didn’t want to be there, they knew they were leaving in the summer. Ie mount, havertz, pulisic, RLC, Kovacic, aubameyang etc As a Chelsea fan he choose the wrong club to go, the spurs job, villa (though emery is clear). If the FA only want an English manager, he’d be a great candidate. Though I can see him as the West Ham manager if lopetagui doesn’t pull his finger out.

Why do pundits and presenters dress like car cleaners these days. Sky Sports standards are dropping every year. Is this the woke agenda.?.

Imagine you are profoundly bad at your job. So bad you get fired in less than a year despite it being very embarrassing for your bosses. You're so bad that they just can't take it anymore. Your punishment is a fawning interview on Sky and enough money to create generational wealth.

And? What do you gain from this? Strange phenomenon this whole "first" comment. Screams of like a child wanting to be noticed or something
