Rashford and general player power at Utd was born out of the Glazers essentially leaving Utd rudderless for 10 years with a culture of throwing big money at transfers and player contracts but without any real thought process behind it. That left managers to be hired and fired in cycles every 2-3 seasons whilst the players were essentially rewarded with new and bigger contracts without having to perform at all. The signs were there under Jose. It was obvious when Rangnick came in and spelled it out but instead he was just laughed off by the British media and fans. Rashford isn't the only one at Utd but he has the biggest profile and should be the statement sale to start the process of progression at the club. He doesn't deserve unfair abuse but he 100% needs to leave the club after years of underperforming relative to his ridiculous wages

Arteta was still early days into his reign but he had the fa cup win to stand on. He got aubameyang out the club and 2 years later almost won the title. Subs: Bayindir, Maguire, Yoro, Malacia, Amass, Eriksen, Rashford, Gernacho, Zirkzee & Antony We expect an away win as long as Amorim chose a team to win against the opposition instead of trying to contained them in the game. Unfortunately Gernacho & Rashford wasn't in the squad due to focusing reasons. Well Done Amad & team! That was the game against Man City where Amorim came of Age! Even if i'm no fan of ManU, it really sucks when local players have to go. Especially as there.. well, there are many left ofc... but not on the top Premier League lvl. As a fan of a club that had to make similar tough decisions, I think what Amorim does.. IF he is not impressed with Rashford, is constructive. That he dares to do what HE FEELS is necessary. Not everyone else, and not making choice out of what sells the most jerseys or is the best for the hearts of fans. I think Amorim IS the right manager for ManU, IF ManU can GIVE HIM the same time as Pep or Klopp got. So at least one, maybe even two seasons, where he is allowed to make HIS imprint on the team and the club. First of all to be stable in the top 4, making the team into an actual team - together, and bring in the players he want, or kick out those he think should be out. Another think ppl got to remember. It can be a good idea to sell certain players, that isn't bad, but don't fit his style. Player that have a high salary, and still have years left on the top lvl. Meaning you can get more for them. A problem with ManU is jsut that. A bunch of different managers have over a ''short'' period of time bough each of their expensive players to fix things. Especially the salary bit of 'not that good (anymore)' players. I mean.. ManU is now like a billionaire's car collection. Like a huge garage full of expensive, some rundown, some total garbage (to be honest), some weird, some rare (but not in a particularly good way) and just a place where you store cars you don't really use or have a use for. For United's sake, let's hope you can get back up. Even I, as a LFC fan, but as much an appreciator of good football, a well run club and - as a true LFC fan - respecting the legacy of the club, and those who built it - Sir Alex Ferguson, if that wasn't clear to anyone!
