They are different in terms of qualities. Hazard was a phenomenal talent who carried Chelsea to 2 league titles, a couple of Europa titles & a handful of Cups as well. But Hazard wasn't the most professional player. If he was, he'd have won a couple of Balon d'Os. Palmer is slightly less gifted than prime hazard but he can potentially have a better career so long as he continues to remain humble and focused professionally.
