Good to hear they will make a eq6 compatible pier for the eq6 tripods, one of the reasons I was not considering this mount, apart from the price here in australia which is astronomical.

When can we expect more specifications? Peak and average PE.

It appears these mounts have a serious limitation. They only allow USB2 connections from the controlling PC (ie, laptop) and it does not appear there is thru the mount cabling (data and power) to support something like a Pegasus Powerbox. Not an issue for visual use but a deal breaker for an imaging system.

Where did you get this from? Anyway my data link(eqmod) does not go through Pegasus Box but direct. Thats not new. Power does for my heq5 go through Pegasus Box. If not also not a dealbreaker.

The clutch design is likely a deal-breaker for me. I can risk a $6K imaging setup on their clutch design. I would need much more information.
