you can build a hexagonal type of shape by placing multiple triangular foundations going in a circle, and you can make it bigger by going around it by putting square, triangle, square, triangle, and so on. Then keep adding an extra square one each time you make another layer. Hope this makes sense.

Slip, use the bandage to heal your arm so you don't lose health and so your arm isn't twisted anymore. At least I think it's a bandage that fixes that.

The issue with the watch is due to broken bones. It can be fixed by using the morphine I believe, it is kinda like how you did the poison with the antiobiotics.

Sl1pg8r Seeing as how your arm is already broken and you can only break one arm. You should climb up every single tree and gather as many coconuts as you can As long as you have one morphine once you've gathered all the coconuts used the morphine and fix your arm.

to make the raft go faster you can drag a duct tape and get on the raft and put the duct tape in that direction you want to go and if you walk forward the duct tape will push the raft witch will make the raft go faster
