That wouldn't work, he wore that ridiculous outfit so nobody would recognize him. The teacher can still figure out which paper was his though, IT'S THE ONLY ONE THAT'S COMPLETELY FINISHED.

He probably finished most of the questions instead of all of them, but not enough that the teacher knew who he was. Plus, it was designed to not be finished, but if there are certain clever and quick students in the class, maybe they would have finished it anyway, so there would be like 4-5 students that DID finish the exam, and they would all have plausible deniability because there's a 1 in 4 or 5 chance that you catch the right one. Plus, he could make it look like he finished the exam, but leave 1 or 2 questions blank, so that if the ones who did finish it were interviewed, they would be interviewing the wrong group of students anyway.
