Thanks! Sorry, just saw this comment now. Yes I used Twixtor for the really slow stuff - the rest is just 60fps footage played at 30fps. The composition is the most important part for getting good results. The less motion in the shot and the less you have objects crossing in front of each other, the better twixtor will do with it. Also, shoot with the highest frame rate you can (this was all in 60p). The default settings work pretty well. Then play with motion sensitivity if you get morphing.
