I won't buy the balls (no where to put, train with, expense, etc) but I do this with some smooth stones near by. The elbows in tip is applicable and greatly appreciated, hence why Wildman training videos brings all the fitness nerds to the yard

Looking forward to this been using them for conditioning and I'm sure you'll have some fun ways to use them. Picked a 20 and 45 off amazon warehouse for cheap when things were hard to get for those looking at just trying it out.

Really appreciate this video. I have been using slam balls in circuits and metcon style workouts for a while now but was just taking the ‘grip it and rip it’ approach as I knew no better. I will be applying this technique from the next session onwards 👍 Thank you again for all you do for us.

I love the idea of incorporating a slam ball but a little iffy on weight. Iam 74 and work out daily mostly following you...I uses a12k kettlebell for swings and 15 lb for easier...I use hydrocore with 1 gal of water...10lb made...what would you recommend if I was your grandfather 😂 g

Love your videos - been using dumbells, barbell and kettlebells. But will now purchase a slam ball. However, you've got me interested in club and mace. Just looking for some advice on how heavy they should be for a beginner.

I only have a 9kg slamball. Love it but it got a bit sidelined. Mainly because of a guy on KZbin that was showing us all kinds of interesting stuff with kettlebells and clubs and maces... 😂😂😂 Does this mean that the slamball has to get into the mix now??? OMG!!! Where is it going to fit??? And I need to get a bigger one??? 🤩🤩🤩 we really need that app that will combine everything and make sense of the chaos Mr Wildman!!! Please! Pretty please???
