The slammed LS swapped '62 C10 is finally hitting the ground this week! If you caught the last episode, you know we got the newly Porterbuilt notched frame prepped and painted, along with all of our suspension components, and the beefed up rear end. So now that everything is dry, we're ready to put this Chevy Stepside back together again! We're starting off by doing some finishing work on our cab, like getting the Wilwood master cylinder mounted up and installing our Restored AC HVAC unit. We're also patina painting the fresh metal from the rust removal work we did to match the original beige. Back inside, Andrew, Khalel and Dave are working to get the chassis set to hit the floor. That means, putting together the front and rear end, running the brake and fuel lines, throwing in our freshly build LS3, AND fabricating our new exhaust! It's a whole lot of work, but definitely worth it to see that cab and bed sitting back on the chassis. But as soon as we let the air out of our Airlift Performance bags, wouldn't you know it? A problem!
