So if you are allowed to keep 10 dolphin in federal water, are you allowed to bring those 10 fish into state waters on your way home? I dont think so....its like catching 15 yellowfin in the Bahamas and bringing them home to Florida....you have to respect the state law because you're coming home. Someone help clarify this for me....

Ofcourse you're allowed to come back with federal limits. Just don't stop to fish in state waters. Even then you can prove on your chart plotter that your were in federal waters fishing. Its their job to prove that you're guilty of illegal fishing not yours to prove innocence. (This is not legal advice just my opinion)
