I remember seeing Ken Bloom at Winfield, Kansas "a few years back". Music circles reconnect all the time, and now here he is again, playing some of my favorite Swedish music on instruments crafted by the artists. Thank you!!

There's something familiar about these fellows and this setting. :) Wonderfully played, Ryan & Ken B and the video is so fine, Ken K.

If these people were a time period, they would be 1700s Texas.

I do believe that Byss Calle lived some 200 years after the Renaissance. But obviously I don't know where he got it from....

pilot mountain? Not Mount Pilot? I know one of the Koons makes these, does anyone know if there's somewhere in the US that makes them?

The nyckelharpa player on his left hand appears to have dark SPOTS, ODD LOOKING GLOVES, etc anyone else notice it and is it just skin coloring or special glove for hyckelharpa? ℗.

its an old renaissance melody, the way it should be played is 100% opinion

nice playing and instruments but I think this should be played more lightly and elegantly, no offense meant.
