Because Warner Bros. (which owns the old MGM cartoon catalog) consistently orders the removal of Tex Avery cartoons from KZbin for copyright reasons, even though they won't issue them on DVD. No this is a Tex Avery cartoon. The Tom & Jerry ending titles were meant for Smarty Cat while the regular MGM Cartoons ending title cards were meant for the 1955 reissue of this cartoon. But instead, the title cards guy must of screwed up and switched the ending title cards around.
