@@BrianDoughboyLynch someone made a video on this and apparently even a 10k+ watt system would only use like 2% battery because they use a lot more than that pulling around a 5k pound vehicle from 0-60 in a couple seconds.

Perfect . Very nice amp and subs, only wish i could hear those in person. So many companies branding chinese subs, i always wonder what they sound like. I like loud , just not mechanical noise loud . These four inch coils seem to be taking the power pretty good. Great prices on your products as well. 👍

Amp dyno put out 6,600 watts certified power. That's 3300 a sub. Them subs rated at 2000 rms and they eating that sh*t

​@@lemar1450I probably would have got the 5k it makes over 5k even at 13.2 volts so probably would get pretty close to 6k at 14.4 and it's like $245.95 the 8k is 375 they are both alot of watts per dollar both are a good deal but I think the 5k is the better value it's still 2500 plus per sub that's plenty of headroom for a 2000 watt RMS sub.

oddly enough I think they are excellent sounding subs so it's definitely a little of both. but if sound quality is what you are after a sub better suited for a sealed enclosure is going to be better at sound quality than ported or bandpass setups but you will sacrifice some DB it's all in what you like

the 5k would have been plenty but I've seen time and time again subs last longer over powered than underpowered it's clipping and distortion and under powering subs that does the damage most of the time. that said if you were to turn that amp all through the way up and played a test tone at low frequency for a minute or two straight it will smoke the coils but listening to music and it only sees all the power in quick short bursts it's completely fine

Or a simple 1/0 gauge wire rubber heat shrink piece under each bolt to handle the vibrations

Nope, don't do it. Even with a rubber bushing. Keep it far away. Like under the seat or similar. Especially at that wattage. Those vibrations will kill any amp over time.
