There is a lesson to be learned here. He spoke about working, getting paid, and on his way Downtown to buy a pair of shoes, with his hard earned cash. At the corner of 69th & San Pedro, his buddies coerced him into jumping in the ride with them to do some looting during the riot. So, instead of him catching the bus, purchasing his shoes and returning home, he received a jail sentence, and a criminal record. Peer pressure, and choices. That's where the lessons are to be learned😎😎😎

They wasn’t even around yet officially when he died lmao. he wasn’t even built like that. You couldn’t get more hood pro black than Bunchy. That’s a fact. The nigga died cause in the end, he refused to go to war with niggas who looked like him even though those same niggas was killing , threatening, and plotting on his people. *Eastside Low Bottoms shit !* Game from the OG's...gota love it ! That's how the gov't created Black neighborhoods. After desegregation, if a Black family moved on an all-white street, residents didn't like it, but could deal with it (for the most part). But if 2 houses were occupied by Black families, the real estate agents would basically SCARE white families away by telling them that they should sell now because their property value is decreased because of the presence of Black families. I believe this was called Block Busting at the time, if I'm not mistaken. Agents then bought the properties for much less and then over-charged Black families. Before desegregation, in LA we were mostly down here in the Bottoms and parts of Watts. Desegregation fucked up our COMMUNITIES, and now we only hv "neighborhoods"...if THAT ! It made all of the prominent Blacks flee for "greener pastures", taking resources and businesses and opportunity and potential with them. Our kids were taught by Black educators. They don't really see much Black leadership OR ownership in our communities so they hv to look elsewhere for prosperity. Singin' & dancin' & performin' & sports. FUCK AAAALL DAT ! Ownership, ownership, OWNERSHIP ! #WeGotaGetOverBeforeWeGoUnder
