I hope my disclaimer in that cultist section came through well enough - many of them are decent/niche, like golems 3+ save, ravager pre-game move, furies movement/command farm with eternus, it's just they're all outclassed strongly by snakes/deepstrike dudes in the chaff+ role. Your army list can afford more suboptimal choices than many people think - I just don't want to trick anyone. ERRATA: Nurgle banner FAQ'd to still be amazing don't worry. Worsen rend of melee weapons that target them by 1. ERRATA: Varanguard only get Rally bonus in Empty Throne, not Hosts anymore. Still good.

Honestly, I’m happy some of our coolest models even have niche uses now. Getting into this army during the marauder meta was just.. ugh they’re gross. Even bigger bonus when Splintered Fang (my favorite and first warband) are broken af for some reason

I've been a 40k fan for a while but a combination of the Total War Warhammer games and your videos have really turned my eye towards Fantasy/AoS. Combine that with the only thing holding me back from AoS were the old Seraphon models, and the fact that they're soon to be updated means my wallet is about to hurt again.

I think a crew of 3 or 4 Warqueens all marked undivided could be a fun meme in the current GHB. They can chain activate to dish damage, force opponents to split attacks, get a bunch of good rolls on eye of the gods, revive in ravagers or cast in cabalists, hit a lot of battle tactics, stay together or split up, be protected from most shooting... there is potential there. I call it: Ladies night at the Casino

Thanks for making this I fell in love with chaos warriors. Which ones all of them. Then realized I could run an entire army of black armored hell knights with slot machines as a tactic. I love it. Also a fun meme army list idea popped in my head, use entire army with undivided as mark to use with exalted champion as key player. Run bal and sorcerer with cabal to maximize chaos conduit and control spells. Spin the wheel at every opportunity on any unit you wish, laugh as basic chaos warriors and knights become the definition of a brickhouse.

One of the biggest problems chaos warriors in Warhammer Fantasy has had since the 90s, is that an army full of chaos warriors was almost never viable in any edition of the game. Aside from a brief period in 8th edition, you couldn't really field chaos warriors and have a successful army. Now GW has released easily some of the best fantasy miniatures they've ever created, and certainly the best chaos warrior miniatures of all time. I had to buy a bunch they're so good... That and the picture you paint of a chaos warrior filled army being viable, has almost tempted me to try playing AoS again... ... almost... ... but then I remember all the nightmare games I had right after Dominion was released and how the game was about as fun as doing your taxes while having your hands smashed with a hammer... Your video was amazing and had me laughing hysterically throughout... ... sadly, your video was more fun than I've ever had playing AoS... ... but I am almost tempted to play Slaves to Darkness because of it... almost...

Both mounted lords make a unit of knights or chariots fight alongside him so it effectively gives them fight first. That's a buff to me.

I think the logic is, the knight or chariot unit was gonna fight first if they charged anyway. Always fights first isnt as common as it once was. Still if you stack 2 knights and 2 lords thats 5 activations first which is good but a dedicated build

It's 'Kind Of' a buff, but only just. Knights on the charge would have fought first anyway, so really the Lord is just adding his personal dps to that fight, which isn't like Stellar compared to 5 knights worth of, say, +1 to hit and wound from a real buff. I think combat mounted Lords are cooler than they are good, but by no means are they trash.

At least they finally fixed the issue of WFB eye of the gods of demon prince being just as bad as spawn. No artifacts, no upgrades, no option to not take it, and you also count as killed.

first time i used the slambo i've rolled a double 1 so my advise is to not do that if: -you put an artifact and teleport -your oppo don't give you the triumph since you started with 100 points less

My usual advice is to Just Roll 6s.

I made a list that I’m quite sure will be fun but incredibly swingy. legion of the first prince with everything being undivided. Be’lakor included for general annoyance. The warlord takes the instant roll trait. The wizard takes the roll spell. The entire army is built around maximizing the use of the eye of the gods table with the centaurion marshall just being generally annoying by rallying Knights, Warriors and Chosen (who take the double roll banner so they can double roll as soon as they’re deployed) on a 5+. Legionnaires and Furies included as chaff. Is it good? Absolutely not. But, I think it will be quite fun.

Isn't archaon actually viable in host of the everchosen with two packs of 10 chaos warriors in nurgle and a few other units to hit hard ? A very elite army but so tough to kill... Not to mention visually speaking, thats the kind of army i wanna see on the table. Archaon leading elite warriors in bulky armor, be they on foot or mounted.
