@@SLAVIKTELY Mr. Tely, I recently (6 months give or take) started watching knife making videos on YT and from what I have seen you are one of the best knife makers I have seen and it's hard for me to believe that you have only been at this for a couple of years. There are many out there that do great work but your channel is the only one I have shared with friends. When I see a so-called restoration of an old cleaver in here, for one reason or another, they usually leave some old and rusty marks on the blade. I would not use such a cleaver for food. Here however, we are in front of a manual and a how-to case of restoration. I don't care if some people say it is not a restoration. I simply call it a PERFECT job. Thanks for sharing.
