Over Heaven is from one of the Jojo video games. It basically gave Dio the Infinity Gauntlet. He could just blink people out of reality by touching them, which is why they just vanish.

(Jojo fan energy intensifies) I may get something wrong but this list should be mostly accurate. Muda translates to useless, Dio uses it as an insult. He also says it a lot. The path to heaven is a reference to a major plot point in jojo revolving around dio’s idea of “heaven” Over heaven is a non-cannon version of dio who can manipulate reality. Ultimate sacrifice is a reference to dio’s death, specifically the image. He doesn’t actually sacrifice himself. Blood splash is actually not even related to dio, diovolo uses his own blood against giorno to blind him. All of the knife related moves are a reference to dio throwing knifes. Za Warudo is dio’s ability to stop time, his stand is “the world” hence the name. Goodbye, jojo is a reference to part 1 of jojo shortly after dio becomes a vampire Laser vision is a reference to dio using eye lasers. Minions is a reference to the army dio creates. Blood transfusion is a reference to the prank Joseph pulled after coming back to life, where in he pretended to have become dio due to dio’s blood being used to revive him. Coffin bath is a reference to dio being in said coffin at the bottom of the sea.

If you only watched the first season and didn't enjoy it, doesn't mean you won't enjoy anything past season 1. Also don't listen to people who say it gets good later because that's 1. a shitty reason to keep watching a show and 2. in my opinion and in many others opinion the first season IS GOOD. Only thing I’m mad about is that it uses the Ironclad ending. Like the Silent’s “You ready your daggers” works much better against the Act 3 Heart dialogue, and the sliced-up Heart works much better as an ending cutscene compared to the Ironclad’s single blow. Great mod though, exactly the right amount of cheesiness befitting JJBA. Are there other characters to play in the mod, or is it just Dio?
