I was at this show they were on point. Harpos is such a great place to see a band like Slayer

I was there. It was my 6th time seeing Slayer and my first show on shrooms. I found God that night and made peace with my Catholic upbringing. I never felt guilty enjoying Slayer after that show. All I saw was smiling faces and people helping one another when they fell or got hurt. Everyone was there to have fun. Satan did not live there. Slayer Saves.

W. P. Harpos is the best place in Detroit to see a show

Motor Head, White Zombie, Slayer, Megadeth, Dead Kennedys, Slipnot, Godsmack, INXS, U2 where all shows I been to there. Amazing bands sought this place and performed. In late 1980s and early 90s this was the place to see bands perform, it was raw and real. It was Detroit version of Seattle crocodile club which I have been also. St .Andrews was also another place but Harpos has had many high profile bands. 2 hours north of Detroit in Flint Michigan is another place to get close to bands and actually talk to them if they are able. I been many places even in Europe and Harpos was energetic, 2nd would be The crocodile club in Seattle. I been to Europe and places in L.A and nothing compares to the shows here. Today well people either want some big stadium where they have a cup holder where the over weight wife can't fit in the chair so she has to sit on the lawn😂😂😂😂in my opinion those places suck! As Kiss called it DETROIT ROCK CITY!
