I do agree with you, almost all of Mumbai's momos are really bad. But the one that I usually go to has arguably the best momos I've ever had (He's actually from Northeast India). I've had momos at a lot of places (Northeast India, Delhi North India) and have never found better momos than his. It's just that such sellers are really rare in Mumbai.
