I think their bigger concern is copyright claims. Netflix, or especially the production houses do hit the reviewers with copyright strikes because it is too early after release to react to it. Posting entire reaction series within 10 days of release would sure shot guarantee a massive cutdown in picture-in-picture footage that the studios would demand. This was the exact reason why they were forced to remove a lot of picture-in-picture footage from their reaction to the Super Mario Bros Movie, because the studio ordered them to take down most of their footage.
