okay first things first, I've been using that racket for like 15 years now and I can tell you for sure that those things cannot actually electrocute you directly even if you hit em hard on your skin cuz there are like 3 mesh surfaces with outer two in parallel with the middle one, so as to electrocute only the mosquitoes or other insects which can prolly make contact with the outer as well as the inner mesh for the circuit to close and work.
