@@Dhruv-qw7jf Even still. Arkham Knight didn't exactly end on a classic Batman moment, with everyone knowing who he is and him blowing up Wayne Manor. And him possibly using Scarecrow toxin to keep pursuing his war on crime. Arkham Knight is a perfect ending for this version of Batman. What we could have is a two-part game showing him recruiting Dick Grayson and then Tim Drake (we could skip Jason as he's the main focus of Arkham Knight). Call it "Batman Arkham Origins: Robin Rising parts 1 and 2". This way they could be set in a "timeless" period in Batman's history. Both games could be a bit like the Lego Star Wars games - and also like those segments in Arkham Knight when you need to apprehend the Joker copycats - where you can alternate between both characters at will during gameplay.

I unironically think they should take inspiration from Lego Batman 2 for this next game lmao. Have a fully explorable Gotham, with parts of the maps from previous games, plus skyscrapers that we always got to see but never explore (outside of those glitches that you and others showed us haha). Have a fully explorable Wayne manor and Batcave, and have all kinds of vehicles. The Batmobile, Bat Cycle, Bat Boat, and the Batwing. Especially with modern technology, it would be hard for me to believe that they couldn’t do this, as long as they put enough effort in.

But here's the thing: we say don't trust Rocksteady to make something new like a Superman or Flash game, so we want them to make a Batman Arkham game. But Suicide Squad was technically in the Arkhamverse, and COMPLETELY ruined the canon and disrespected characters. So how do we know they won't ruin there next Arkham game?? At least with something completely new and separate they can't ruin something we loved from our childhood. So, I say: I DON'T trust that current Rocksteady won't RUIN the next Batman Arkham game in some way, whether that be the lore, characters, or adding unnecessary politics. I want them to stay far away, and hand off the Arkhamverse to another company. And they sorta have, with Arkham Shadow coming out, which is looking like an actually cool game that won't completely ruin the franchise.

I personally want the combat to mirror Batflecks warehouse scene (yes, it paid homage to the Arkham games), however, real-life physics are slower, more grounded, and the hits felt heavier. Reminding me of the MKX trailer. It looked so smooth, and heavy, in comparison to the actual gameplay.

I'm not holding my breath. Both studio heads left, lots of the old developers that designed and worked on the old games are gone, and they decided to forego notable batman writers like Paul Dini with their last title in favor of new writers with no love or respect for legacy or lore. Rocksteady is a hollow shell, and whoever is there now has a very steep uphill battle ahead of them if they want to get anywhere close to the quality they used to have

Until there's more that comes out about the writers and devs, I'm skeptical. I just don't know if I can be hyped for this after what happened in SSKJL. If I see more that's return to form, maybe. And keep all DEI "consultants" away from it.

I aint too sure about this. The OG developers left the studio to form a new one. After the failure of KTJL, I don't have that much faith in them now.

I disagree. 1. Look what happened to gotham knights when the map got big. Empty. 2. Likewise for bat family. Most of us just played one single character. 3. Just spare me the Joker and Scarecrow, there many other villians. 4. And its 5 years away. Why am i arguing. 😂 5. Meanwhile remake arkham origins.
