OMG! it totally hit me (lightbulb moment) THATS WHY YOU STRESS "KILL YOUR FLESH"!!!!! becasue in the end days the mark is going to look so appealing that you feel you have to have it. Killing your flesh allows your spirit to get closer to God and gets you used to going without, food, or secular music, basically anything that seduces you to give into your flesh's desires; things that the mark will afford you to get and or have.
