Join us on part three of our Switzerland series as we venture into the mesmerizing mountains of the Jungfrau region! After exploring Thun and Bern, we headed higher into the alpine wonderland.
Our first stop was the charming village of Lauterbrunnen, surrounded by majestic peaks and cascading waterfalls. The alpine atmosphere was enchanting, and the views were simply awe-inspiring.
Next, we hopped on a cable car and arrived in the captivating village of Murren. Perched on a cliff, Murren offered panoramic vistas of snow-capped mountains. We even tried sledging, the Swiss version of sledding, and had a blast!
From Murren, we crossed the valley to the tranquil village of Wengen. Its picturesque streets and stunning views of the Swiss Alps left us speechless.
But our adventure didn't end there! We journeyed around the mountain to the legendary town of Grindelwald. The landscapes, with towering cliffs and sprawling meadows, were absolutely breathtaking.
Join us as we uncover hidden gems, thrilling experiences, and unforgettable landscapes in the Jungfrau region. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, an adrenaline junkie, or someone seeking serenity, this video is a must-watch!

March is a little shoulder season already, the natura is much more lush from May. Or of course winter wonderland happens mostly in January ;)

Great video! Do you remember where exactly you went sledging to and from? I know there are lots of different runs in the Murren area and was looking for something beginner friendly like this. Were snow shoe rentals available?

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! Yes, we took the funicular up to Allmendhubel which is an observation deck and the start of the sledging run. Definitely beginner friendly! I am fairly certain they rented snow shoes as well as they seemed to cover all winter sports. Also, just a note that we really didn't know what we were doing either but all of the rental shops have staff that are super helpful! They'll tell you where to get started as well. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Thanks for the info! That was super helpful. So looks like we’ll have to stop by Murren and Allmendhubel on our way back from Schilthorn.
