Yes I’d definitely say twists! I tried them for the first time on my natural hair (the video is up on my channel if you’re interested too see how they turned out) i kept them in for 5 days moisturized with water and aunty jackies growth oil with argan oil and gurllll my hair feels soo healthy! Ill be filming and documenting the whole process but so far so good! Im 4c btw
