Here are some tips to help u get started. those pink demon fairies don’t attack unless u hit them and give u regen. u need to break leaves to get sticks, then make a flint knife, which u can then use to break grass and get plant fiber. One u have three plant fiber, u can combine those three in an L shape to make plant string. You can then make a flint hatchet, which u can use to cut down trees. Then, take the wood that you got from the trees and place it down. Take out ur hatchet and right click on the top of each block of wood. This will give u planks. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE A CRAFTING TABLE TO MAKE PLANT STRING. use ur default survival inventory crafting thing. if u combine plant string or normal string with sticks, u can get a handle. Use this to make a better weapon than a normal wooden sword. Use a saber earlier on, but when u get to the level in which u can enchant things, go for a rapier because the damage on it multiplies better. make a crude wooden shield, this will help u block arrows and prevent u from getting insta-killed by skeletons. For this to work, u have to look at a slightly tilted upwards angle, so the shield blocks ur head without exposing ur body. Some meats when cooked can give u special effects. Try killing different passive animals such as Yales and arisuars and cook their meat. I recommend cooked make meat and yeti meat, they’re both easy to get. Cooked maka meat gives u absorption 3 for 20 seconds and yeti meat gives u resistance 3 for 30 seconds (I think) (a maka is that “small dinosaur” that u saw at the village) if u see dragon skeletons lying around, walk up to them with nothing in ur hand and right click on them. This will give u dragon bones, which u can use later to make the most powerful weapons in the game. if ur running away from a mob that isn’t ranged, can jump, or fly, swim across some water. The mobs are slow when in the water and u can keep on hitting them until they die from a safe distance at the shore. Here are passive mobs u don’t have to worry about Pink demon fairies Small dinosaur thingy Tree dinosaur Yales(weird snow biome thingies that look mildly disturbing) Those flying things in villages that have shields (they only attack if you hit a villager, then the shields will become blades and those blades will spin very fast and they will come for you and you will die. If u kill to many passive mobs, a reaper will spawn. Occasionally if you go to sleep a reaper will spawn (like in the mine) If you break to much grass a massive plant chomper thing will spawn. Fire spawns demon things. Water spawns really annoying demon things. Explosions spawn super annoying demon things that are creepers but flying and can explode multiple times. Under some building there are armor. In villages, if a block looks like there's something shoved through it, break it. There's an armor stand under it. (Probably.) Also there are these things called events, that will spawn a bunch of themed mobs. These are impossible to survive unless you're really advanced ingame so just dig a hole in the ground and hide. (You will know when an event spawns, there will be a massive titlecard in front of ur screen. If the event eruption spawns, immediately go to your chest, take all of your valuables, and run as far away as possible. )

So fun fact, you're still on version 2.6.2 I noticed from 6 or so months ago which is a very broken version of RLCraft, using the buggy version of Ice and Fire, hence the dragon at 3:50 was just hopelessly stuck in the trees trying to fly when it should be able to plow right through them (there are many more issues than just this). RLCraft is on version 2.8.2 now which just recently released, and if you'd like, I have an experimental hardcore config pack for it if you'd like extra pain =)

Hey shivax I have a idea to make rl craft even more of a living hell. When you take any damage you are temporarily stunned (if you take a good punch to the gut you gonna be still for a while) and a will power guage (if you are repeatedly beaten to a fucking pulse you'll eventually lose the will to fight back) And my favorite to watch people burn in hell fear guage. The closer you are to big animals the more you get fucking terrified. What you want to do while they are scared is up to you but I recommend a chance for you to stutter when you swing your sword ( I mean.. giant. Fucking. Dragon. I would piss my self even if i knew i could one shot it) But if you dont feel like coding stuff like that then drinking dirty water should have a random chance of poisoning you

I’m only 6 minutes in, so I don’t know if this was figured out, but knife+grass=plant fiber. 3fiber=string. Stick+flint shard+string=hatchet. Hatchet=cut down trees and make planks. Edit: if Boffy sees this and would like some tips, I’m really far into RLCraft myself.. :3

To get a flint hatchet, you need a stick, a flint shard and a string fiber To get the string fiber, you need a flint knife and hit grass (the one with seeds), you get plant fiber, you need 3 of those to make 1 string fiber

I’m going to have a stroke watching this. As someone who plays RLCraft a lot, I see people doing things like mining the rocks on the ground instead of just right clicking them or not just holding shift to pick up things around them and it’s kind of frustrating- Edit: and him trying to chop down a tree with a knife that you use to chop plants to get plant fiber to make plant string- plus you can make the flint axe without a crafting table-
