@@JenniferMyers thank God/Universe for people like you! 🙏 and as well I'm really curious what you think about having an "old soul", I've heard that so many times from people but also I can recognise similar "old souls". I know it's a bit complex topic but maybe one day you can share your thoughts ❤️❤️❤️

I hope your channel grows exponentially! So many young women would benefit from listening to you. The student loan bubble is 1.7 trillion dollars and most of it is in the hands of women. Women who are prey to advertisers and beauty "gurus" who tell them they need to buy X to be worthy when in actuality all that beauty requires is health and wellness! I hate to think of my fellow women hanging themselves financially and wasting so much on unnecessary items! You look like a star and you didn't spend anywhere close to an arm and a leg to do it! Not in money and not in time.

Most skills are attainable / self trainable in life, I dont agree with mouth taping but a one can train their brain on how to breath through nose In regard to curtain block-out. I have a set that works wonder from blocking light to noise. I am a light sleeper can hear almost everything , these curtains helped a lot . my bedroom look like a complete dark cave considering there are 3 windows . Which I really like to open curtain to the beauty of nature in the morning where I meditate !

Awww! You’re so sweet! Thank you so much for making this video. 💗 I definitely need to get better about unplugging before bed. And switching out my phone for a sketchbook or reading material. Such a good reminder to be mindful of the type of content I’m taking in during this time ( or anytime really). I’ve started making my room colder and that helps A TON. I got myself a silk eye mask to block out the light, but it would also be good to see what we can do with our window situation, too. I also want to look into mouth taping now. Thank you again, Jennifer. These tips are great and will be helpful for a lot of people.💕

I will definitely try taking the time to relax before sleep. I find that my day is so busy and it’s harder for me to unwind at night as well. I’m up at 6am getting me and my daughter ready and out the door to drop her off to school and then to quickly pick up a coffee to then rush to catch the train to work, as soon as I walk into work I’m meeting with clts. Many times doing important things on my hour lunch break like making appointments etc. working the rest of the day, punching out of work to rush to pick up my daughter from after school, walking home to then cook lightly clean and do homework with her, bathe her put her to bed. By the time I rest my head on a pillow I’m always so pumped or just want to sneak in some time for myself I end up watching a show etc. Saturday’s are no better because there’s dance class for her lol. Momma life I guess. Sunday’s is really when I sleep but just one day out of the week is not good at all. I want to really start meditating. ❤️

Life is busy and chaotic, and it’s stressful. That’s why I personally need my meditation practice each and every day to keep myself grounded and to mitigate the impact of stress on my body, inside and out. ❤️❤️

I use a Mulberry silk eyemask + Tempur weighted mask as well as a foam neck brace which holds my neck in the correct position/mewing tongue posture. Can't do mouth taping as I drink 1-2L H20 every night. Also, before bed I make a Tetsubin pot of Rooibos/Chrysanthamum/Green tea/Jasmine/Star Anise/Yerba Mate and have a shot glass of bone broth. I do a 10min face oil massage also and yoga before bed in a dark room and some HIIT. Helps a lot as I have to get up at 5am to work. I go to bed at 8pm and read a chapter of a book (usually Horror! Lol) it makes me relax oddly.

I am an ageing woman and my jowls started to sag and I didn’t want to interfere invasively. Therefore I started mouth taping for sleep a year ago because I learned it forced the tongue to support the jaw and eventually would reduce the sagging. I don’t know if it will work but I stopped snoring. I guess that’s appreciated.

N blue light protector glass is a great idea......u r always one step(two step)ahead of everyone...
@JenniferMyers5 жыл бұрын
I’m familiar with melatonin supplements but I’m not a fan of taking any supplements as they disrupt the natural homeostatic balance of the body and inhibit one’s biology. Melatonin supplements in particular, over time, have been proven to cause negative effects in the body and actually harm the sleeping abilities.
