I have written this sleep hypnosis for deep sleep session to help you wind down and relax at the end of the day, calm your busy mind and ease into a full night of uninterrupted sleep. Very often, our minds tend to race in the evenings and just before bed. The hypnotic language and the guided visualisations and imagery in this video will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking so that you can more easily drift into deep sleep.
Although this hypnosis is set against the sound of gentle ocean waves, it is also available with alternative background options.

This track blends guided sleep hypnosis, guided meditation and positive suggestions and/or imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates anxiety - you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.
This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.
When listened to on a regular basis, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety, stress and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive, solution-focused way. Same here... Thoughts of past, live sleeping😶 but everything is getting clearer, getting brighter vision of future. Its hard, yes, but its sooo good and calming sometimes, despite everything ❤️❤️❤️✊ just need to see little things, they work best 4 our mental health

Thank you for making this video. While I don't think there's much to help me fall asleep, it was nice to not have to be alone while I lie awake tonight. It's comforting to listen to someone else for a change so thank you so much! If anyone else is going through the same trouble, you're not alone. And maybe we can't sleep right now, and I don't know if or when we will, but atleast we're all awake together and we get to watch the moon that everyone misses. We get to enjoy the cozyness of our beds a little longer. And eventually we do fall asleep and get some rest so we can wake up on a new day with new hope that maybe tonight we'll fall asleep just a little easier. I'm sorry, I don't really know what I'm saying or if it's any comfort. I think all people like me really have is hope and undying optimism because nothing in the world can tell me when things get better, I just have to believe they will. So, if you're still reading my ramble, let's be optimistic together, ok? Things will work out, they have to, they will! We'll be okay... here, I give you (reader) a virtual hug ❤️! I suffer from insomnia for a while. I found this video by chance and said I will give it a try. When I woke up in the morning the only question I had was when did I fall asleep? Thank you very much. Really, it saved me from insomnia. I hope everyone will try this video, as it is worth every minute.

How bad is your insomnia? I am willing to bet 2 weeks of staying awake(which is going to happen anyways) that this does absolutely nothing for someone who really suffers with insomnia? I will try it for the next week. Every night and the entire hour of this bullsh!t. I will also be taking the max dose of my prescribed sleep medication. I will admit I’m wrong and that I’m the asshole. I know I won’t be apologizing. This will be as helpful as a warm glass of milk.

I suffer from terrible insomnia and cranky most days. THIS was like a date rape drug.... i remember seeing video. Reading 1st few comments. Heard a relaxing voice in my ear for a couple minutes and then woke up with sunlight hitting my face. I wasnt even mad at the sunlight. My mood is better. Thank you. Truly.

Nick your work is the best! If anyone reading this struggles with stress, anxiety, PTSD, negative feelings, bad dreams, insomnia... like i do? Than you are in the right spot! Nick's soothing voice paired with soothing backgrounds (or not.. he has many varieties!) along side his talent for his careful placement of words to float you off to a better space in your mind to allow relaxation. I have struggled DEEPLY with sleep my entire life due to my PTSD mostly.. i heard of sleep hypnosis and guided meditation but i never tried it until about 9 months ago when I got clean and sober. I searched and searched for the right one.. never quite getting what i was looking for until i stumbled across Nick's videos! The dark background makes it even better because I cast it to my TV and like to listen in surround sound and engulf myself in the experience. And ever since I found Nick's videos I have stuck with them faithfully every single night for almost 7 months now i believe? Thank you so much Nick! I hope all of us as your subscribers can get you even more exposure on your page than you already have! Let's get Nick to a million followers everyone!!! 😀❤️ Share with your family, friends.. i even shared it with my counsel mates at a group meeting! Idk a single person who doesn't like good sleep 😉

I have chronic health issues and sometimes struggle to sleep, I have found this has worked so well, and so far has helped me get to sleep where others and alternative methods have failed. First Christmas without daddy , not that I couldn't sleep these holidays away just feels so lonely.. reminiscing on the old days, 😪 for anyone here missing someone gone forever I pray tonight for your heart ❤️ I really hate the celebration of pagan holidays but... my most dearest memories are dated on these times so I'm forced to find comfort in it.. what a nostalgic feeling Christmas gives, yet so sad and gut wrenching

I have insomnia and was really hoping this would work. It doesn't but it's still good to listen to 👍 The longest sleep I've ever had since childhood is 4 hours, I count myself lucky if I get 1 hour. Sending love to anyone else who can't sleep either, it effects really everything in life ❤️

I love this session and fall asleep to it each and every night - until - last night I was hit with a commercial 30 minutes in. I use In-ear-monitors due to their all-night comfort set to the lowest possible volume and still be able to hear the session. The commercial was a booming COVID commercial that came at what seemed the highest volume possible causing me to react without thinking, yank the monitors out of my ears as fast as possible and break one. If they must have commercials during a sleep session why the loud volume?

This is the second time I have listened to the hypnotherapy script and find it relaxing. It’s hard to stay focused to gain the therapeutic advantages of hypnosis when troubled and impingement of your physical and mental well-being. Stay with it if you can. Take care now.

i’ve been having insomnia since i started a new medication, and i swear to god i’ve tried everything and this is the only thing that works. i’m consistently asleep in 20 minutes i don’t even know how it ends!!

Been struggling for the past month , would get about 2 hours of sleep and this is strange considering that i have been a great sleeper my whole life, usually getting 8 hours, however, my thoughts and anxiety for the future keep me up so last night i slept at 11pm and found myself awake at 1am , tried to sleep until 3 am but nothing worked till i saw this video and it worked , took me out and i woke up feeling calmer.I had to look for it again this morning just to leave a message saying thank you for this❤

🌊noises make me feel I need a wee, even though I don’t. If I try ignore it, gets worse. I physically go even though nothing & get back in bed. Hope it’s working for others though & fast asleep 🙏🧿♥️

@@NicholasWrightHypnotherapy Dear Mr Wright, thank you so much for your prompt reply. It means a lot & at the time I was commenting my medications were being administered. I’m under the care of LOROS hospice & on full bed rest, I went for a very common laparoscopy to check all is well due to very heavy periods. I was on the waiting list for 18 months & I was still waiting, me & my family kept trying to save in hope we can go to private hospital & get to the bottom of it. Even though well 34 now, I already knew if need be I’d be ok for a hysterectomy if meant I could eventually live a normal life again. As I’am already blessed with a son (14) & daughter (12) by the time we saved, waiting turned out due to negligence (no referral to to gastro/dieticians were made & we were just waiting). Looks like vomiting started from all medications I was on for epilepsy, thyroid, ptsd etc but, no stomach lining meds & stress causing problems with my cycle. The deterioration had a domino effect on that & started to reject anything foreign such as water/food, I ended up severely malnourished & all my organs went under strain. Unfortunately there’s nothing that could be done & private hospital🙏didn’t charge me further & too consultants once dropped the bomb there’s no name to this but, I’ve deteriorated so much, there is nothing that can be done & I’am dying. They’ll take me to theatre in hours max (at night) themselves & insert a PEG feeding tube to get supplements/water in me via that route attacked to a machine so it pumps 10ml per hour 24/7 itself & the doctors will be contacting the hospice & theyd also like to be a part of my medical team throughout my journey with my husband & children. Making sure I’m comfortable & pain free as possible etc. I was always into health & fitness via healthy, natural ways & thankfully that has remained a normal way of life for my children. My kids listen to your channel whilst doing art, meditating, yoga, tapping etc. Even though my doctors administer meds via IV at night to help me sleep (as I’m so small they can’t give me adult dose) it’s not as effective & to be honest the ptsd got worse as the fear of dying & whilst my children are sleeping is scary. My medical team have been with us for 2 years now & I have my wish to be at home & their like family. I find comfort even more so now keeping the pure essential oil diffusers on 24/7 as even when I’m on a dip I can hear smell, see fuzzy but not have energy to communicate back at all. Being able to smell the essential oils helps a little & music for sleep. I had 2 horrific days I just was unable to sleep & needed more than relaxing music & team found 1 without water sounds for deep sleep & they said combined with meds, scents & the music I went into 5 hours deep sleep. Bless them makes them sleepy but my machines are on loud if anything was to go wrong in the night & they take it in turns to lay down on special medic (foldable floor chairs/sleeping mats. So it also helps them wind down. So it’s nice to know it helps all. All 13 members of my med team are our family & of course won’t just let them sleep in foam mats on the floor in my room. So to make it comfier my children have made it a part of their bedtime routine to put the mats out, fold thick double duvets half to place on top & a fitted sheet so it stays in place with proper pillows & another single duvet to use over their bodies as each get rest in turns. You have no idea how much of a positive impact these videos have on people/families in serious situations like mine. It’s tedious & gives so much calmness. All are different my daughter falls asleep to this one. It’s just me & proves 💊 are not always the answer or work. I got deep sleep today. So I wanted to thank you & the med team will keep i eye out for me too if you have any new uploads for deep sleep hypnosis music for people with severe insomnia etc category, without water sounds🙏☺️ I/they will be sure to play that on loop for me. Thank you for everything you do & the comfort your videos have helped me during years when I was well but, also during the time I have left here on earth, my kids & they’ll go on to continue to listen to something from your list daily to what suits them. Thank you for being a part of my journey & also if you’ve read my essay. I wanted to be honest & share why I’m so thankful to you. Dear Nicolas, Thank you. I have insomnia for years. Somtimes its Ok sometimes its ....BAD. First time I found you it helped imediatly. I fell asleep the last few weeks at 4 5 even 7am, it was so bad. I listened 4 or 5 time in one night and it did not work. Then somehow my Worry I was troubled with was partly solved. When listening to your video after, I fel asleep at 2am Now its arround 1.30 am. I am sure it wil get better again the next few nights. I would like to say if one is tremendously worried or troubled it works not so good. I am sure it will be ok. I will discipline myself to have earlier STOP-NIGHT- WORRYING-TIME. Last two nights it was 1am. 🙂😊. I am sure one needs a little self-dicipline to relax before listening to your video too. I hope this helps people a little. I have insomnia sinds Childhood but sometimes its BAD. Once past 6.00 AM I am awake all rest off the day 😢😢 Thank you so much for the video its one of the best.❤🎉 One can't turn of TV and expect to fall asleep if the Insomnia is real bad. I always hoped that TV could lead my mind of from worrying but that's not how it work's. That's how it is for me . I hope that it will get better for myself and other people ❤❤❤. I also found this by accident, I haven't been sleeping very well for the last three years. It does help, though sometimes when it ends and I have to unplug my headphones/close my phone I can become fully awake. I hope others get the help I have had from it though, at least I sleep some nights now! Thank you, Nick, for sounding so caring.

hey, i just wanted to say thank you for posting this. i wouldn’t say i suffer from insomnia, but i take medication to sleep and usually only get about 2-4 hours a night. this video doesn’t always work for me when i return to it, but when it does i wake up feeling really rested. thanks again

Whaaaaat. I usually have really bad nightmares and vivid dreams. I become Lucid and wake myself up to escape.. but like.... are you a professional at this?! I've tried other videos that haven't worked. Are you sneaking in words here and there. Cause it really is more of a trance to me then sleep. I wake up as soon as you're done talking.. either way very well done. I'm genuinely convinced yoy hypnotize me. I find this so interesting. Thanks man 🤗

I’m not sure if it was just because I started this video at somewhere around 3am or I was so overstimulated by brain wore itself out, but I did fall asleep listening to this video. I’ve tried many different ones that were “DANGEROUSLY STRONG” and those never worked, so it was unlikely to be this video, but at least I finally fell asleep (sleep deprivation is a seizure trigger for me).

Hey Nicholas , I’ve done it 2 nights running and I track my-sleep and I can honestly say I have fallen asleep within 15 mins using AirPods so thank you so much as I’m finally finding your meditation incredible xx I highly recommend 🌟 going to do again tonight xxx

After listening to your sleep meditations for about two months, I have begun to notice a special bonus effect. Not only am I falling asleep quickly, but I'm no longer having 3 a.m. anxiety attacks. And here's the bonus: a big reduction in daytime tinnitus!

Hi Angelina, thanks for sharing that. I struggle with tinnitus from time to time, and was actually thinking of creating a session solely for that condition. What do you think?

I really like this video, there’s just one problem…I’m an OTR truck driver and some of it just doesn’t pertain to me. I wish someone would make a video for us truck drivers

For the first time in weeks I slept pretty well last night I have restless legs and I have a hard time falling asleep and last night I slept which was nice, wish this was a bit longer though. Thank you

It really did help me go to sleep for about an hour then I woke up from a horrible dream about an weird animal trying to murder me while I was trying to run away in a vehicle. One of the most bizarre dreams I've had in a while..
