I feel lonely and want to have my soul tribe and soulmates. But I guess i didn’t realize it first need all of my soul to feel whole. I have a deep soul but trauma has made me feel like I lost myself and I grieve it all the time. I just want her back 😢I know it’s still there within me

Is there a benefit to jump from one hypnosis sleep meditation to another? Or is it best to stick with the same one over and over? I’ve listened to a few, specially the opening the third eye one, but I’m just wondering if one achieves the same benefits by listening to a different one every night. Thanks in advance! ❤❤

I think following your gut is your best bet. If it feels like you're forcing it then no. If it feels good and right then I think that means you're on the right path for your specific situation. Hope that helps.
