She changed him to love, trust and to feel loved and trusted, she did not totally fear him hurting her, but feared him hurting others close to her, !She said he was good, very good, though fierce. She was smart, discerning. They both sacrifice their life for each other. Their eyes, body language, the poetic words, secret love language between them, and the music were captivating. The music was great at capturing the viewers' attention, for me, particularly when she remembered their hearts were connected, their soul was connected lovers, their hearts beats were in unison, beating as one heart with every beat.

Everything you said is true but,the problem is that zhang liu,though he loves her, but didn't put her first,his adopted father always come first,is like the dice is cast already,even if there is a chance like xiao yao said,it will not work cos of zhang liu's priority,they would have become great friends even if they do not end up together, xiao yao tried talking him out of following the soldiers code but it didn't work, but what irritates me is the way zhang liu ended, the writer should have given him a better ending ,cos everyone deserves a chance,and zhang liu though had his short falls and a demon, but he is not a bad person,he deserve better than the way the book ended him.
