Thanks so much that was a great review and how to video! I just ordered them and can’t wait to receive them next week 😁 glad your sleep has improved! I am wondering if you can play an mp3 audio file for sleeping. I currently use a 9 hour rain track I converted from KZbin just through my iPhone speaker. So it is saved in iTunes on my phone. Would I be able to use this in Bluetooth mode to the app? And can you then control the track from the app? Eg start it again if needed? I should probably just use the amazing customizable sleep sounds it comes with, but I am quite attached to my track haha Cheers 🙏 Vanessa

Yes put them into Bluetooth mode and turn off the auto switch to sleep mode!

In Bluetooth mode yes it can play any music service and actually sounds really good. In sleep mode it will only play sleep sounds from the library

I bought the A20 in November 2024. My soundcore software doesn't look like this at all. I don't have any masking options??

I uninstalled and reinstalled the sound core app and now my app matches what is shown in the video. Yay!

My wife has the A10, but when she sleep on the side , on would turn off ! Randomly and not always the same side. Customer care didn’t seem to care much, they never heard about the glitch, and that’s why they keep improving , but there was nothing they could do for her! 😒 she even exchange them and both set did it. Any issues with A20?

None! They are completely redesigned to be better used by side sleepers

Nope. I think having the mics on these would make them bigger. The goal was comfort and to be the smallest size possible.
