Thank you for this Emma. I live next door to the most unimaginably selfish neighbours. Now that Covid restrictions have eased slightly here in the UK, they are having a party outside with the loudest voices, flashing lights and music. Pre COVID restrictionists, they do this every Saturday. It would be difficult for anyone living next door to them, but when you are unwell, it is literal torture. emma, today I got diagnosed with bell’s palsy. you’re the first person I thought of when the doctor told me. i almost said “I know a woman who had that!!” 😂 i remember watching your Draw My Life video where you talked about it. Not gonna like i’m definitely scared and hope it passes quickly. I’m on a strong steroid to hopefully help it along, but I’m gonna stay positive!! ❤️

Oh yes! It was a long time ago but the older I get the more little bits of show. For most people now it goes pretty quickly. You can also do facial exercises that help. Saying your vowels AEIOU extremely pronounced. I was also given regular heat lamp treatment. It was a red lamp, I imagine now that it was infrared but I’d look that up. You could buy one and do it yourself these days. Well done for being positive Elly, it’s pretty common and it will improve vastly 💜 let us know how you get on 🙏🏼

I am STILL (after years) waiting for someone to do a “prenatal checkup and treatment” ASMR role play. I first asked for it 4+ years ago while pregnant with my one and only child. I had a very bad and stressful experience with birthing clinic care (and during labor!!) and I don’t want to be terrified to have another child. At the time, I wanted one to ease my pregnancy fears. Now I still want one for the next time I have a baby. Please, Emma!!
