God I love the original so much but this somehow takes it another step further. The vocals during the rap section are so hauntingly beautiful along with the orchestral parts in the rest of the song always serving to elevate the original sound without overpowering it. My only critique is that i kind of feel like there's some conflicts with the original vocals being muddled by the orchestra. The impact feels lessened. But other than that, i do like a lot of things that are added, esp the vocals at the end, when combined with the cut-offs.

I feel that if any of the orchestral instruments are doubling any of the notes the band plays then it holds no place. The notes should be harmonising and supporting what already exists. There’s so much hidden character in the negative space and it’s just so fun to explore the ‘unheard’ melodies. You’re right though - it might not be everyone’s cup of tea and there will always be purists with the argument of music being about the notes you don’t play… and that’s completely ok. I just experience great enjoyment in exploring these melodic avenues… so I’m honestly very grateful that others enjoy them too 🖤

I almost never comment on videos.. But all I can say is WOW I truly didn't think this song could get any better. I've been saying for a while they need a show with an Orchestra, I was and still am wondering if they will show up with on at the Red rock amphitheater in Colorado. Also if you haven't already (i'm going look) Atlantic would be another amazing song to do!! Thank you for giving us this masterpiece!!

There is a good possibility that they will eventually do some big shows incorporating an orchestra, there seems to be a lot of interest in the idea.
