Granite is.... my favourite of the singles. I thought it would be impossible to top The Summoning for me and YET! Granite I keep playing at least 3 times when it comes on my work playlist. "ThEy'Re NeXt LeVeL ugh I hate that but IT IS" literally tho!! I hate when ppl are like "these guys are doing something no one else is doing and they're still doing it BETTER" and yet Sleep Token is out here DOING JUST THAT. Someone else commented that Sleep Token does pop better than pop superstars and like.... literally so true. Also that drum fill in the breakdown?? so fuckn sexy... this band man..... they're literally next level they're turning me into That Kind Of Person and fine. FINE. Worship.

It's prog. It's prog metal. The tricky thing with prog is that while almost everyone bends genres a lot, sometimes someone goes and mashes ideas up that no one bothered with before. I don't think anyone's really brought much R&B in, closest it's been before is some of Leprous' newer stuff but it just got a *little* trip hop at best.

I can't believe that I just started listening to ST But I have down the rabbit hole and I am 100 percent on board of Sleep Token Supremacy There's just no other band able to mix so many genres /styles and make it sound so amazing And don't even get me started on how amazing the vocals and lyrics are Really enjoyed the reaction And seeing people appreciating Sleep Token and expressing such enthusiasm for their talent

Nah, they are, they're next level. They're taking the ideas that prog metal has been flirting with for the past decade, throwing even more pop in, and maybe just making it better. It's a cycle that's happened before, it feels kinda like what happened in the 80s again, where even pop-y stuff on the radio felt kind of experimental. And whoever's producing this album, holy shit.
