Wow, I didn’t realize an app and device could measure all of these things. Super cool! Love that the app suggests if you can or shouldn’t push yourself too hard based on your sleep the night before.

I toss and turn quite a bit a night so it would be nice to try something like this to track my sleep and to check my recovery time each day.

Be absolutely clear that Whoop’s sleep tracker is highly flawed. Last night it recorded that I was ‘awake” for 4 hours and 35 minutes. Total nonsense…..
