how well do those work after a few km worth of carbon buildup?

We have been installing SLEEPAHHHH mode mufflers for over 2 years now & THE SECRET… KEEP THEM MOVING! We recommend a routine of opening & closing the valves on start up or at the drive through or at some point when in the in the on the daily. It is a moving part & the worst thing for any moving part is leaving it in one position for a long period of time. If valve gets stuck can we just take it back to an exhaust shop to fix it? Is it hard to access the valve for cleaning?
