On this episode we explore Dan's Project of the last 5 years,
Dan's dedication and love for muscle cars drove him to do a Ls1 conversion and so much more. Dan's ute is on point with no stone unturned.
Engine - GM LS1
Gearbox - Turbo 400 reverse pattern
Diff - Custom Ford 9inch with 4.11 Gears.
After a little road test, we can proudly say this is one fun car on the streets.

No doubt about it, behind every “built” Holden is a Ford 9inch.

@@elonmask50 As my brother says, Ford overdesigned the 9-inch, thinking their engines are way more powerful than they turned out to be, while with Chevy it's the other way around!

What's the problem with the subtitles? "Rare death" "Alice 2 God's strength" Really???

We hadn't watched it with subtitles on, but they are auto generated subtitles generated by youtube so unfortunately we cant change them , but they are definitely a fair way off what Dan is saying haha.

Call me old school, I hate car computers. So easy these days to use a modern HP Holley. (The ones with adjustable everything on them including air bleeds, 4 corner idle adjustment etc.) And a good quality A/F guage to tune it while on the road, like they do in America now. Don't even need a dyno any more.

I had one , bought new ,liked the styling ok the trouble was in the build quality. The assembly lines of the day were shocking for quality control. I had at least a dozen faults under (12 month) warranty and probably as many that I didn’t find under warranty. Would have been a good Ute if it had been built properly. I later bought a well used XW Falcon Ute and it was a far better vehicle. Davox.

Nothing wrong with a Carby mate as a matter of fact they atomise fuel better...... as they draw in the temperature drops and cold air carries more fuel and depending on the overall set up it’s often the case that carbies make more Hp than fuel injection..... so don’t be fooled by that Not to mention they are basically analog around...... so reliability factor is you don’t need a computer on hand to fix them up.....?!?!? Looks bloody magic good Onya
