That 260 figure is NOT kw as you stated, it would be HP. A T28 falls flat on its face at 200kw (270hp) I've had multiple SR20's with T28's on them before upgrading turbos and they all push 200kw, maybe 210kw and that's it. The size of the turbo is physically too small to make any more power. His MPH also indicates a car only pushing 260hp (193kw). that's what i was getting in my S15, with a T28, before upgrade. I put a bigger turbo on, made 245kw and was getting 112mph at the end of the track. with 260kw he should be closer to 115-120mph at the end. Cool car!

Daniel Brealey body shape was the same Just different bonnet , bumpers and a few minor difference But all interchangeable so parts get changed between the two over the years

Best bet would be to find someone like myself who does those types of jobs and pony up for a professional job. If your deadset on doing it yourself. Then go to high performance academy and pay for thier wiring tuition. You should learn enough there to get by.
