I see a lot of G series..... That generation of design runs through almost every German manufacturer of the era....late 70s through to the early 90s....and the Japanese took note Maybe the Japanese inspired the Germans who in turn reinvigorated the Japanese....IDK.....but it was a magical but solidly thought out time period
