I play this similarly, but I utilize slides when going from 1 to 3 on the bass strings. It sounds to me like he's doing that, but maybe I'm wrong. 😄

@@MikesMusicMethod On the 3rd beat of the fourth measure of the verse and chorus parts. 6th string, I slide from fret 1 to fret 3. I am now unsure though after listening more. Is the dress blue or is it gold? 😂 Playing is going well, decided to start learning how to use a glass slide and boy howdy is it difficult.
