Great video! Thinking of getting moog sub 25. Do you think it can achieve similar cinematic ambient sounds? Not a lot of people doing atmospheric stuff on sub 25 tho🤔

Thank you. I don’t no. I have the impression that producers mostly use 37. But I think with a good reverb, you can make 25 sound ambient.

This is just beautiful mate. I feel like the Sub 37 is the Moog to get. Much as the Matriarch turns me on, the ability to save patches is huge for me and my workflow, and this guy nearly can do the same things. Obviously it isnt the same, but TOTALLY still has the Moog thang. Its wonderful.

Hello Dear, I just ordered a Subsequent 37 for live performances, and my question is in case i want to use an external reverb and delay pedal or 2 pedals, what do you recommend and how u connect them? thanks

The best way is to connect them with jack cables: you connect the output of the Sub37 to the input of the first pedal, add the 2nd if you like, then output with a cable connected to your sound card, for example.

Hey, thank you so much for your words. On the Microcosm, I used the 4th preset on Mosaic mode. For the Moog, it is a preset called Slow Down from a bank, I don’t remember where I downloaded it.

It's a pad that's pre-recorded and runs on Ableton Live. From memory, it's a preset from the Luftrum Ambient 3 bank for Omnisphere.

Thank you, additionnal pads come from Luftrum Ambient 3. With the Rev2, I think that if you work a lot on the sound, you can achieve something similar, but you have to take the time to 'sculpt' the sound.
