Sure it may be an irrational one, but I've got an optimistic feeling listening to this track. It drives me to believe that if i'd have the opportunity to stay in that room lonely and peacefully enjoying the atmosphere and the music forever, death would never reach me. Transcendental.

Just gorgeous as always. May I ask what stand is holding the two synths next to the monitor? I’m in the market for something like that! Thank you!
@stateazure4 жыл бұрын
Thanks. It's actually two stands, the bottom one holding the Hydrasynth is just a DJ laptop stand, above that holding the peak is a TV mount drilled into the wall, with another laptop stand with VESA mount. I looked everywhere for something suitable, but had to settle for this option.

When do you release new tracks or a new album like "Mirror Infinite"? I love this album so much. It has such a good storytelling and sounds gorgeous. Would love to see at least a collection of some of your tracks again which makes sense together. I know its hard to do so, but I would love to have some of them on vinyl, as well
@stateazure4 жыл бұрын
Thanks, David. Glad you've enjoyed 'Mirror Infinite'. I assume you mean non-performance/live tracks that I do regularly for YT. I call these albums my studio albums and there's a few of those on Bandcamp ie Outlines, So Long, Eternity, Disconnect, Phantoms and Mirror Infinite. I've not even started to really think about the next one yet, but I definitely want to do another. Even if I start soon though, this could be quite a way off. As for vinyl, well I'd love to have all my studio albums on vinyl and/or CD, but given my limited funds and time I can't really see that happening unless a label was to pick them up and deal with all that. At least for past albums this may not even be possible, but future ones, we'll see but they would no doubt be very limited since I'm not a big name :)

Is octatrak the clock alone or is it also being used as a midi controller for the ASM Hydra? Love all your stuff my daughters and I watvc/listen to you (gotta expose the 6 n year olds yo experimental electronic while they're young) and they insist I get my sound like yours, i wish, bought the ASM TONIGHT. Sold my octatrak in 2018 soooooo hmmmm

I think it was slaved to my Five12 Vector, and the Keystep pro slaved to OT. KSP I think was used for Hydrasynth (that's usually how I have it set up).
