I bought one based on KZbin recommendations. Was great at first. In 9 months it has broken down and gotten so squishy that I can't use it . I'm screwed as I can't afford a new mattress. Wonder if they are getting paid for their endorsements.

Did you seek a warranty claim? Based upon what I've read covering their 10 year warranty, you are entitled to a free replacement.

Did you end up contacting them about getting a replacement? I like memory foam but it tends to break down quickly, so I'm not surprised it only lasted you 9 months. I wish mattress companies would make their mattresses so that the memory foam layer can be replaced.

Looks like a great mattress. As it is a medium firmness I would want a little more firm, but my husband would say it's perfect! :)

I've had a Sleepovation mattress for just over 2 years. A "valley" has formed where I lay and it makes it difficult to change positions. It "forces" me, basically, onto my back. Also it is much less supportive than it was. I now wake up with a painful and stiff back. I will look into a warranty replacement as this expensive mattress should not be breaking down so soon.
