This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. I was still a teenager and had an exhausting day. Me and my classmates had been out in the cold and rain for hours playing sports. After I got home I jumped in my dry and warm pyjamas, went straight to bed and fell asleep listening to the rain. This sound remembers me of that beautiful moment❤
