Slightly move to the opposite side of where he's gonna swing, then bait his slash by moving back to the opposite side once more. It's just like the runner AI except he'll aim to where his sword will swing.

No, you will never get the Badge in a VIP Server. You need to take the bottle from Leipzig. And Complete Leipzig.

You won't get it. The actual event makes you go through playing Leipzig first, then to beating Sleepy Hollow. However, that's already over.
