Very nice piece played by a terrific pianist! Do you play completely by note or some by memory/ear?

Thank you! I'm a much stronger sight-reader than I am at playing by ear so I always start with the sheet music. I'll memorize things that I want to keep in my repertoire, and add some embellishments to them over time.
