I adore this channel so much! But, I was wondering if anyone else has trouble falling asleep with bird sounds? It’s like my brain associates it with morning and waking up vs unwinding at night time and I have the hardest time falling asleep to the videos that have bird sounds :( is this just a weird me thing?

Thank you ☺️ the bird sounds fade pretty quickly in the story, one you leave the park and enter the forest. It’s just to set the scene early on ☺️

I hear birds all day where I live & it makes me happy, so I don't associate it with waking up, but I totally get how you could feel that way... just think of the birds all telling eachother goodnight... ;-)
