Wow this guy is so chill about the whole thing, just casually enjoys the 20 dollar song while almost getting killed by looking at him. Although that might not be so bad. I’m not sure if it’s true but I have heard that if you look at him to the point where the slam sound goes of, the player will get an adrenaline rush and actually gain some stamina which allows you to run away from him.

He never teleported in front of me, but he would randomly teleport around. I was always near trees and terrain so I could look at his direction without getting static, turning off the flashlight also helps lessen the static effect. However, the longer you need to collect the pages, the more aggressive his attacks get. He was working in phases for me. Nowhere at pages 1 - 2, he would attack more if I take too long to get to page 4. Tree/terrain hiding + flashlight off for pages 5 and 6. Combine all of those for page 7 and see what I dealt with 😌

No, it only happens when you run too far. He will teleport closer to you. And when he goes in for an aggressive attack on you, static appears. However, if he catches you, the burst will happen too. For me, he would mostly teleport in open areas, rarely coming to areas with many trees and objects I could hide behind.
