Exactly. I tried building vape Candance but lack Mona and Kazuha. At lvl 80 she was doing around 30k+ damage with her skill. Meanwhile my Heizou is around lvl 85 and his skill hits for 75k+ with Bennett. I'm not even super into meta but unless you have Mona and Kazuha, Candace is weak as heck in damage and support.
