Nice reading week! I'm co-hosting a live show on the picture of Dorian Gray on March 30 @ 1p EST, if you're interested in joining. I almost completely agree with everything you said about the book. I started dreading the dinner parties in the books. I'm not a fan of scenes in a book being a device to info dump an author's thoughts and that's what they felt like. That said, if someone really likes the topic of conversation and the way he wrote it I could see why some would like it. I prefer my themes to be more integrated into the book. Happy reading!
